Welcome to the global platform of Guangzhou Vetmaster Veterinary Technology Services Co., Ltd. (“Vetmaster”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, the Vetmaster Academy, and our virtual 3D preoperative planning services (collectively, the “Platform”), as well as the purchase of our veterinary joint replacement systems, customized implants, and specialized surgical instrumentation.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, enrolling in our educational workshops, or placing an order for our implant portfolios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our Platform or purchasing our products.

1. Strict Professional-Only Gating (VOS/Clinic Restrictive Mandate)

REGULATORY NOTICE FOR CONSUMERS AND PUBLIC VISITORS: Vetmaster is an advanced medical-grade engineering and research institution. Under no circumstances do we sell, distribute, or license our products to pet owners, consumers, or unauthorized retail brokers.

• Surgical Qualification Prerequisite: The purchase and clinical application of Vetmaster’s Total Hip Replacement (THR) systems, Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) systems, customized 3D-printed titanium implants, and surgical instrument kits are STRICTLY RESTRICTED to licensed, practicing veterinary orthopedic surgeons, veterinary medical board-certified specialists, and accredited animal hospitals.
• Credential Gating Verification: Registration for a professional account on our Platform (including the purchase quotation system and Vetmaster Academy dry/wet-lab workshops) requires the mandatory submission of your official veterinary practice license, clinical credentials, and institutional affiliation. Vetmaster reserves the absolute, unilateral right to suspend any account, reject any order, or revoke academy access if your professional status cannot be authenticated to our highest standards.
• Unauthorized Use Prohibitions: Any attempt by a non-qualified individual or consumer to bypass our verification walls to acquire our implants or medical devices is a violation of these Terms. Vetmaster disclaims all liability and will report such activities to relevant veterinary medical regulatory bodies.

2. Intellectual Property, SLM Patents, and Proprietary Designs

The Platform and its entire contents—including but not limited to our SLM 3D-printed porous trabecular metal structures, Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating tribological formulas, customized joint guide CAD files, our “VVV” (Venus Vet Viewer) preoperative software, and Vetmaster Academy’s proprietary clinical training video and syllabus materials—are the sole intellectual property of Vetmaster.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, decompile, or copy the physical geometry, cellular structures, or raw CAD data of our implants, templates, or instruments.
• Downloading, recording, or distributing any proprietary surgical instructional videos, dry/wet-lab syllabus PDFs, or course materials from Vetmaster Academy without explicit, written academic authorization.
• Using any of our trade names, patents, or trademarks in a manner that implies a false partnership or endorsement by the Vetmaster Scientific Board.

3. Limitation of Liability and Surgical Disclaimers

Small animal joint replacement is a highly complex, demanding clinical procedure that requires specialized surgical training, precise biomechanical planning, and standardized instrumentation.

• Clinical Judgment & Patient Selection: Vetmaster provides technical, biomimetic implant hardware and virtual 3D planning templates. However, the final clinical assessment, patient selection, surgical execution, and post-operative complication management are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the attending surgeon.
• Surgical Complication Disclaimer: Vetmaster shall not be held liable for any implant failures, revision surgeries, bone infarctions, nerve paralysis, patellar luxations, or animal casualties resulting from incorrect patient selection, over-drilling, improper reaming, lack of structured wet-lab certification, or any deviation from our standardized surgical workflows.
• Warranty Exclusions: Our implants are guaranteed to meet medical-grade material and SLM manufacturing standards. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the surgical outcome or biological survival of the implants within any specific patient.

4. Platform Access, Registration, and Account Security

Surgeons and clinic administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Platform login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your professional account.

5. Governing Law and Arbitration Jurisdiction

Vetmaster is a global brand headquartered in China. These Terms, along with any disputes arising from your use of our Platform, purchase of our implants, or interaction with Vetmaster Academy, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in Guangzhou, China, for final and binding arbitration.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time to comply with shifting international veterinary medical regulations or company policies. Your continued use of our Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
